We’re always ready to lend a listening ear

This involves daily visits at different times of the day. It is common to have care visits around meal times, for example a breakfast visit, lunch visit and dinner visit. Families and friends can rest assured that medicines will be administered correctly and on time.

Our nurses come from a wide range of specialities, including working with children, the disabled, accident trauma victims, convalescents, older people, long-term illnesses and end of life care. They work closely with other health professionals, including GPs, district nurses, and social workers.

  • Older people
  • Sick children
  • Monitoring progress/recovery
  • Adults/children with physical and or learning disabilities
  • Adults/children with mental health problems
  • People with dementia
  • Hospital discharge services
  • Convalescence
  • Managing medicines
  • Rehabilitation

All of the above services are provided by nurses and support workers making personal visits at agreed times to meet the needs of the service users and their chosen lifestyle.

Visits can vary in length from 1 hr and more to 24 hours and Live-in. One or more visits can be made throughout the day on one day following an assessment of need that will identify the services required.
